How do I book a chalet on Portal?▾
Search by destination and travel dates, open a listing you like, and select your check-in and check-out dates. Complete checkout with your preferred payment method. You will receive booking confirmation by SMS and in the Bookings section of your account.
Which payment methods does Portal accept?▾
Portal accepts Mada, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options such as Tabby and Tamara where available. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout.
How do I cancel or change my reservation?▾
Cancellation and modification rules depend on the listing and the timing of your request. Review the Cancellation Policy on the listing page before you book. To request a change, open your booking in the Bookings section or message your host through Portal Messages.
When and how do I check in?▾
After your booking is confirmed, open the check-in guide from your Bookings page for property directions, access instructions, and your host's contact details. Standard check-in and check-out times are shown on the listing and in your booking summary.
How do I contact my host?▾
Use Portal Messages to chat with your host before, during, and after your stay. You can reach Messages from the navigation menu once you are signed in. For urgent booking issues, contact Portal support via WhatsApp or email listed in the footer.
Is my payment and personal information secure?▾
Yes. Portal uses industry-standard encryption for checkout and account verification. We do not store full card details on our servers. Phone verification helps protect your account when signing in.
How do refunds work?▾
Eligible refunds follow the cancellation policy that applied when you booked. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
